ButterflyMom operates the website butterflymom.in, an online shop for handmade products (including pieces from young creators such as Jia Made With Love).

The seller entity is being / will be organised as a One Person Company (OPC) registered in Tamil Nadu, India. Place of business and GST registration (when obtained) will be in Tamil Nadu. Contact details are on our Contact page.

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You must provide accurate information when registering and placing orders, and keep your login credentials confidential.

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the site (e.g. fraud, scraping that harms the service, or interfering with other customers).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any payment captured if we cancel for our reasons.

Products are handmade; slight variations in colour, finish, and bead pattern are normal and part of the charm.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; confirmed paid orders are honoured at the price you paid.

Product photos and descriptions are for illustration; we aim for accuracy but handmade items may differ slightly from images.

Some features (checkout, orders, wishlist) require an account. You must verify your email when prompted before completing payment.

We send transactional emails required to run your order and account (confirmations, shipping, security). Optional marketing or push topics are controlled in Account → Notification preferences.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Payment status and refunds follow Razorpay and your bank’s timelines.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes according to applicable law and our shipping arrangements with the courier after dispatch; please report damage promptly as described in the Returns policy.

Site content, branding, and product photography are owned by ButterflyMom or our creators/licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

ButterflyMom is a small handmade shop. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (including certain consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for new orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights (which may allow you to approach authorities or courts where you reside), courts in Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the shop.
